Change the scope of the job

While the details of our standard cleaning routine were covered in your initial quote, we recognize that life can be unpredictable and sometimes require adjustments to your scheduled service. This could include situations like room renovations, plumbing repairs, or having guests. To ensure we can best accommodate any changes, please notify our office at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning visit. This timeframe allows us to effectively update the scope of work and communicate these changes to your cleaning team. Unfortunately, changes requested within 2 hours may not be possible to implement.

Our prices

Enjoy the peace of mind of flat-rate pricing for all our residential cleaning services. This straightforward approach ensures predictable costs, making budgeting simple and eliminating the surprises of hourly fees. We avoid hourly rates because we believe it can compromise the quality of your clean. Our focus is on delivering a complete and meticulous service, taking the time necessary to achieve outstanding results, every single time.

Which services do we offer?

We provide comprehensive residential and commercial cleaning services, offering flexible scheduling options including weekly, fornightly, monthly, and pre-scheduled one-off cleans. When you book with us, your chosen day is exclusively dedicated to your property, ensuring our focused attention and your peace of mind. In addition to our regular services, we also offer specialized cleans such as spring cleaning, builder's cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and individual add-on services like window cleaning, carpet cleaning, oven.

How many people will be cleaning?

You can generally expect a cleaning team of two at your property. However, to ensure timely and thorough service based on the day's workload, a team may sometimes include three members.

Do I need to provide anything for the cleaning?

No, we supply all the tools and chemical unless you would like us to use a specific chemical or equipment.

Public Holidays

Please note that our services are generally not available on public holidays. If your regular cleaning day coincides with a public holiday, we will be in touch to reschedule your appointment for a date before or after the holiday.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

For your convenience, you do not need to be home during our cleaning services. You can have complete peace of mind knowing that all Superstar Cleaning team are fully background checked and vetted before entering your property. We understand the flexibility required for those working from home, and our team is adept at working around your schedule. Our professional cleaners will communicate their plan with you upon arrival if necessary. To help us focus on providing the thorough clean your home deserves, we kindly request that you ensure toys, clothing, and personal items are picked up prior to our visit. This allows us to dedicate your scheduled time to cleaning tasks. Kindly note: Our team will work around heavily cluttered areas, playrooms with numerous items, and large piles of laundry, as these will not be moved or cleaned.
